Return & Refund
We want you to love every purchase from Akari. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please include your order number and photos of the item. Once approved, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Please note that used, opened, or personal care products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
